Plenty of time for the new DM to come up with some new plans.

FARM Orders 2070 BC Onwards
Carry on as before, except for no longer seeking peace with Ottomans (as it's already achieved). Look to buy techs wherever possible.

Here are some quick orders; I'll probably tweak and add to them at the actual chat, especially if we go beyond ten turns or so. Note: Plans may change depending on when Iznik's poprush unhappiness wears off. I should be at the chat to handle this.
Turn 0: I request that the lux slider be put to 10%. This would allow us to put the Asgard specialist in the field on the tile S of Asgard, to get more food.
Change Iznik's specialist to a scientist, and its build to a warrior
Change Trondheim's build to a Barracks
Turn 1 - Lux slider can be put back to 0%. Send the new Asgard settler N-W and make sure the remaining pop works a 2-shield grass.
Turn 2 - Move Trondheim's WF on the S tile to the W tile. Found blue city with the settler and set the WF on the tile E of the city (the one just abandoned by Trondheim). This will get an extra commerce. Also set the build to Barracks.
Turn 3 - Barracks complete in Trondheim; next build Spearman. Set blue city's WF back on the unimproved bonus grass and Trondheim's WF back on the two improved river-grasses. Move the two Otto slaves NE-N-W
Turn 4 - Move the two Otto slaves W
Turn 5 - Order the two Otto slaves to mine. Move native worker NW-N-W
Turn 6 - Order native worker to mine
Turn 7 - Move the Asgard citizen to the mined & roaded riverbank for an extra commerce.
Turn 8 - Spearmen complete in Trondheim and Asgard. Move the Asgard citizen back to one of its 2-shield grasses. Trondheim should work on a spear, Asgard on an Archer. Asgard citizen should be assigned to the mined grass river. (More commerce, same build time)
Turn 9 - Trondheim grows
Turn 10 - Warrior complete in Iznik. City will hopefully be happy now, but that's uncertain; if it is, it should work the lake, as the bonus grass will be taken by blue city. Since it has such low production, keep it producing warriors. Asgard grows back to pop two; it should work the river grass and one of its bonus grass tiles.
Turn 11 - Change Asgard WF to work both bonus grass (E and SE of the city)
Turn 12 - Spear complete in Trondheim. Next build settler. Barracks complete in blue city and blue city grows; next build: Spear.
Turn 13 - Asgard completes Archer. Next build: Spear
Turn 14 -
Turn 15 -
Turn 16 -
Turn 17 - Spear complete in blue city. Next build: Archer
Turn 18 - Settler complete in Trondheim just as city grows. Set production to an Archer.
Turn 19 -
Turn 20 -

Just a side not Kloreep, not that I see any problem with your plan. The president controles the sliders, and gives orders regarding tax, lux and science rates, not the DM. In the past, everybody has been able to work it out and cooperate, and I see that continuing. However, I would reword it into a request to change them and not as an order.... who knows, maybe I am just being too picky over this little fine detail. A very good set of orders. Lots of flexability.

50 - 50 chance I can be there. No guarantees. I will try.

I can't be there. Rehersal and dinner tonight, tommarow is the wedding. Good luck on the chats!
Some DM observations:
After reviewing our cities and the placement of new cities, I do not think that we are out of the woods yet and ready to go on the offensive. I think my original tight city plan is still the best bet for our situation. Isnik (or whatever we call it) is another situation. With it being so far from our core, I think it is going to be difficult to defend unless we use it as a pop rush home to later disband. Maybe build a barracks in it then do nothing but build gold except for the one just after it grows. Switch it to spear and pop rush the spear. We could even send out our workers to irrigate so that the food comes quicker.
Sorry for posting these thoughts here when I am not a Minister. Please forgive me.
See you all in a week or so!
Bye!

Agreed. We still need some garrisons for the cities (warriors + some spears would be best IMO), and then we'll need more Archers + some Spears to guard them.

Agreed. I'll be using it.

Corruption isn't horrible there... this is a huge map, remember. The main problem is all the poprush unhappiness; the Ottomans sure left a nice legacy behind. Once that's gone and some of the grass around it is mined, it could get to 3 or 4 spt.
