Seeing as how the AI knows about Privateers, I would think it would know about hidden nat nukes. Then again, the MP potential makes me wonder...

You had that possibility in civ2, you could plant a nuclear device with a spy. It had the same effect as a nuke but if you were caught all the world decleared war at you, could be nasty in the nuclear age...
What if you had two types of nukes, branded and unbranded
