Are you a breast or leg person?
When it comes to roast chicken I prefer the leg, I won't touch the breast as its invariably too dry, even with gravy.
If you cook the breast in a cajun style or put it in fajitas or enchiladas then it becomes the best meal there is after lasagne.
So what do you prefer?

Actually, chicken was the first thing I saw if when I saw this title How unlike me.
Breast, marinaded in herbs and spices, chopped into strips, griddled and then used in a fajita or taco, with salsa and guacamole  I can almost taste it now
