New succession game

hello players. im posting this thread simply because i just want to play a succession game (just for fun) but i don't have the expansion pack and wont have it for a while.
If there is anyone with a similar position, or just want to join, come and post in this thread

i want to have about 3 to 4 players (no more than 4)
Once we collect the team, we will decide on all the rules (including the nation)

players should be warlorg-monarch level, we will play on regent (the only rule i set myself)

"Natuonal Federation of comrades"(NFC)

preferred government: democracy

war government: communism

normal lux/sci/revenue policy: 2/6/2

developing policy: increase of city efficiency (build less but better), Maximize culture to capture close by cities easier.

international policy: avoid war with more advanced nations, stip weaker nations, conquer equals.

victory plan: space ship if conquering takes too long.

Flag: coming up (format = 40 by 30)
