Panag,
Ermm... Administrator, not super moderator. Dan has the same access rights for the forums as Markos and both own the site and run it. Simple as that.
Frozzy, Mitch and HT,
there's already a chatroom system. Just enter it and chat away.
On the original topic...
Bye, bye, Markos! We'll miss you, but I guess Poly will cope like before. Have fun in the army as our Phalanx and remember to get veteran status. Easy to gain if you take back Macedonia. At least there's mountains for defense bonus.

Good luck, Markos! I hope you don't have to actually go out there and do any fighting (unless you'd actually want to or sometihng....ick. ) May your training be accident-free and may your service be peaceful.
(If it's only one year, you might be able to escape it before the US starts WWIII...but really, couldn't you have said something to get out of it? Like, "I'm a tree-hugging hippy pacifist" or "I have the strength of a canteloupe"?)

Dino's comment needed some highlighting for its humour value. It's not my fault that no-one else bothered to do that highlighting.
And speaking of which, will we be seeing more of you Dan now that Markos is absent?

Dan is nonetheless the only member to have joined between the 1st January 1970 and the 15th Feb 1999. The only new member in 30 years sure deserves recognition

watch out Markos, when we make Kurdistan, the turks are going to get uppity.
but remember, when you're satring down the barrel of whatever slingshot-based weapon the greeks have these days, they're just muslims.

Good luck though I suspect the Greek army won't be that demanding. When I was in Kosovo I got to meet the Greek unit stationed there and the Greek commander was absolutely the fatest man I have ever seen in a military uniform. He was a real gordo. I mean even his own men had taken to calling him "fat bastard" after the charactor in the Austin Power's movies.

I agree with Mitchell, the shirtless pictures of your fellow (male) soldiers will surely gain popularity in the ACS OT.

You still here? I thought you were in Barracks 22 hours ago? Barracks enhance Markos to veteran status, let's see... maybe you can get lucky and be the chief strategic planner? Fancy to organize a Civ tourney in Hellas army?

Okay Mark's gone now and he left me in charge.
First thing - off topic posts now count.
Second thing - no more PCR's.
Third thing - Ming, you are broken back to Settler. Thanks for your contribution.
