Unfortunately, I haven't worked out the formula, so I do much guess amount & reload if amount is not correct.

The formula for facilities is easy in that it is 2 ec per mineral ( IF you have 10 minerals already). For units it is a little more complex and I will see if I can dig it out when I have more time
