One thing, I expect to have chats at least 2 times a week, with the times varying to help people make them. One problem you have noticed is that we desperately need people to keep up on FAM work, particularly at the chats. I ask that if you cannot be there yourself, that you have a representative from your office there who can represent you.
I also am willing to let FAM do negotiations with the save prior to chats, and prior to the DM office setting building queues, if you need to. Just advise. Thanks.
