Each civilization has a gov't it prefers and one that it shuns. What are the benefits and being in the prefered gov't of the civ your playing? And what are the negative affects of being in the shunned gov't for your civ?

I think none, but I think other civs treat you differnt if you are in a government that they like.

An AI civ will like you less (or hate you more) iof you are in its' shunned government. It will like you more if you are in its' preferred government.
