Civ 3 PTW in a Window?

Does anyone know if there is someway to make Civ3 run in a window mode?

Hit the windows icons on your keyboard, you should be able to toggle the start menu.

If you have lots of ram on your computer, even on a slow CPU (I have a P III 450) you can multi task. I Have my game running in the backgrowd when I surf apolyton (my favorite passtime these days) or use a graphic tool to save my screenshots.
