Suggestions:

Future Base Sites:
SW of the South Borehole.
1W of the North Western Borehole.
3W of the North Western Borehole.
SE of the Southern Nut. Bonus, on the tile our scout is currently on.
Center of the "ruins" (If it exists down there)
Somewhere on the peninsulla, near the eastmost monolith.

Former Orders:
Mir Lab: Continue building Forest.
Zoloto Gold: Continue leveling the Rocky/Nut. Bonus.
Uni Base: Move South to build Sensor on South Base site.

Scouts:
NW: Begin moving back down to garrison Uni. Base. Should arrive 1 turn before pop growth, providing police to allow it to work the Rocky/Min/Road square to speed completion of Rec. Commons.
NE: Pop pod to south.
E: Move NE towards next pod.
S: Attempt to move south through onto Monolith.

Foil:
Move SE around peninsulla, towards open sea, ready to move back later to help a CP over the peninsulla.

We've already got 2 bases building them, and I assume we'd start CP builds in our HQ after the Rec. Commons is finished too, until we can get Crawlers anyway, or unless we want an extra former to get the Mine/Road's up quicker.

Can we do an extra former w/out it taking a mineral from UB? We should, in that case.

Even if it took a mineral from UB (And it will if we have more than 2 units anyway, ie. If we had made a CP there, or a garrison), it'd be worth it when we're pulling in enough mins from the Rocky/Mine/Min tiles to make up for it.
