I think Im a bit of an oddity since I lean towards the Aztecs. With them, raiding is not just about slowing the enemy anymore. 1 dead enemy is +60 (later in the game, a bit lower early) to my resources (I think it always goes to your lowest resource, but am not 100% sure on that)

Double pillage bonus is nice too.

Haven't seen anyone else picking them, though.
