Europeans, Asians, Austrialians and others worldwide, rejoice! According to this post by the Civ3: Conquests producer, the 1.21f patch will be availible worldwide sometime this week. Firaxis has said that the next PTW patch will be distributed in the US and worldwide simultaneously.
