Nothing out of the ordinary happened, accidently moved a partisan I think belongs to the north west front.
I attacked and killed a german unit next to it in a swamp.

Change in Turn Playing
In an impromptu meeting between the Economic Commisar, Assistant NKVD Director and the Marshal in the IRC channel tonight looking into waste and happiness, I have decided to alter the way turns are played. Or at least this turn. I'm writing the NKVD into this month's turn after seeing early results from the meeting we're in.
Marshal part 1 (H Tower) Done
Murmansk (Yop73): Done
Baltic (Henrik) : Done
Northwest (The ANZAC): Done
Belorussian (Colwyn): (Done)
1st Ukranian (Shaka Naldur): Done
2nd Ukranian (FiGu): (not yet)
Armaments (Greeny): Done
NKVD(Iron Chancellor or Xenozod)
Economic (EZRhino): (not yet)
Marshal part2 (H Tower) Not yet
Clarifying this a bit more, the NKVD plays after the front commanders and armaments, but before the Economic Minister.

Two questions.
1. Did we forget to sell the marketplaces and sewers this turn.
2. Who is reponsible for moving those units down in the oil field cities?

It turns out damnage done was minor, one worker in Zlatoust moved back to maximise food production (when it reaches size 4 all 3 bauxite mountains can be worked on without starving the city)
