I just realized that a few days ago:
Why does ocean not produce 1# Trade anymore?

If I remember, I took it away to entice the player to seek other sources of trade...Oil, etc.

Not a stupid idea - but: Then take away every trade from grasslands and roads etc so that only resources may give you trade#.
Cause imho thats unbalanced. Icouldnt live without ocean- trade ... so I created a new folder!
