Is that true? Melbourne is so desperate for recognition it would be front page news down there in Mexico as we call it.

Here, it's considered the plebs' beer of choice because they don't have to remember its name, just its initials. Same with Queensland's favourite beer, which is called XXXX, because they can't even spell the word beer in Queensland.

beers do go off - I think VB has.
I'm drinking Toohey's New now - they seem to have got the sweetness back. Much better than VB for mine.
Resch's Pilsener was the beer drinkers choice a few years ago - I hear nothing of it now.

I, naturally, stick to Peroni. Stella Artois at a pinch.
Actually, a bistro has opened up in Neutral Bay with a connection to a German brewery. Been there a couple of times, tried a couple of the German wheat beers. Very very nice, too.

Ya German or Belgian beer is the closest to Australian.
British lager tastes like cat's piss.

Dutch beer is good too. Most Asian beers, hell, any beer.
I love sitting in bars - any kind.

I only realised it wasn't Hydey when I noticed there weren't 3,000 smilies and the syntax was half decent.

Just use the same layout you'd use if you 'reply with quote'..........the code is there, just use the same code again with a different quote.

Actually, if you're too lazy to write the HTML code you can just hit reply to the first post. Paste it into a text editor, reply, the back up and hit reply to the next post, paste it, repeat repeat repeat. Easy, even for the technically challanged.

Your welcome.
I usaully keep a text editor open when I'm posting. It can be quite useful, and the spell checker works better.
