There has been no illegal tech trading activity by the Drones (or indeed by any other faction) - their techs have been obtained legitimately within the game parameters:

by independently researching
by trading (or coercing)
by stealing
by conquering a base (applies to the CyCon only)

There has been complaints that turn-chats aren't always being held for every turn.

For the next 3 turns, 12 hours will be given after the each turn for a turn chat to occur. So during that time try and get on MSN. The turn chat will proceed when another senior member is on.

After those 3 turns whether regular turnchats are useful will be evaulated. The chairman has suggested 4 hours being a more suitable time to wait.

My current opinion is turnchats should only delay the turn when something unexpected and important happens. If someone else is on MSN the turnchat will always occur.

The main problem, from my point of view, is the waiting for someone to appear when everything that needs to be decided has already been written up for a few days on the preturn posts. If something happens that wasn't planned then the person simply saves the half completed turn and then seeks advice.

I feel much more comfortable at our turn after reading this turn chat. I would have to say this turn chat was not a waste of time at all. I hope this will be the norm rather than exception for all the future turns.

Sorry dear Kody I didn't get time to read the forums this morning. I wouldn't have had the time to do the turn chat though. Glad that you were able to do it with Comrade Vev.

One thought about HGP. The only two ways I think we'll be able to beat CC to it is: first using Fricky cheeky tower's two mineral resources (r/m them first) with crawlers in the surrounding city, and second if we use Voltairograd we have to stop everything else in evey bases and build crawlers first. I guess it's ok if we can't beat them, just switch to WP and we'll do VW later.

I'll be unavailable for 14 hours due to sleep then commitments during my morning.

However, hold the turn for me as I will definiately be able to play the turn in 18 hours time from the time of this post.

I'm going to attempt to sleep early and wake up during the night to do the turn.
