I wonder how long the "Great Internet Wall of China" will last?

My friend just got an email yesterday, I sent there a month ago. That's about as fast as regular mail.

I only get to see who reads it if it doesn't make its destination. I'm not sure why. I just copy and paste the same email and send it again. Then it makes it through. Also, this seems to happen with only China based email providers.
