Nope. Air is covered by the Airforces and Navy Aerospace of the nations in the blockade, and the Southern Sea routes are covered by the Alecrast Terribi Fleet, amongst others.

Second of all the transports are still coming in. Mainly due to the fact that if they were attacked by your forces we would consider it an act of war.

Government propaganda on your part. We've been boarding many Ships trying to sail into Sheepsta. Most have peacefully been turned back. Some have been impounded, their cargos confiscated, and their crews put into protective custody.

There are no resolutions allowing for a blockade, nor is there any justification. If war was to start it would be your fault.

You don't seem to understand the concept of "provoking". ie. If you ask for it, then it's your fault. As for the rest.....*Smirk*

Show me where you have said this. This dosen;t explain why I have the weapons and other stuff brought in on this transports. Also boarding a Sheepstan ship would constitute a decleration of war on behalf of the attacker.

Ahh yes. You are provoking me, I know this. Of course, if you do cause me to launch the assault you have noone else but to blame yourself. Provoked assualt is a crime yes, but so is provoking. You provoke someone, you expect to suffer the consequences.

It's a blockade Sheep. You know what a blockade is, right? That's what happens with blockades. It doesn't have to be explicitly stated.
And you're right, it doesn't explain you having the weapons and other stuff. It doesn't have to. You claim you have them. We point to the blockade and say that's a blantant godmod on your part.
And boarding a Sheepstan ship which is trying to run through a legitimate blockade isn't a declaration of war. If you want to declare war over it...well....I'm sure you realise what you're up against.

Twisting my words doesn't get you anywhere Sheep, especially when everyone already knows the truth. You provoked the nations of Apolyton, Alecrast included, with the actions of your nation. The Dunning regime asked for it, and as you said, you provoke someone, you expect to suffer the consequences.

Ahh did you even read that PM. Like I was saying, I play in a chracter. Sheepsta is chracterful, not representing my true opinions. Also explain how I provoked them and still provoked the nations. Nucler non-proliferation? I have ended that, so why continue your blockade.
Not to worry anyways, occ the government in Sheepsta will change soon enough, so don;t worry about it, its all a bit of fun, somthimes I wonder if people forget it

I never said that. What I said was that you are imposing "a set of people upon us", in that you are not allowing us to vote for our top 5, as you have given us your select 5 to choose from.

That was never stated. I think elections should be democratric. I will abide by the conditions, but I feel strongly that democracy is the only way we can choose judges, delegates, comittees or any other position of power.
I think the first thing the 5 of us need to do is discuss this, and discuss how it will work in future.

Indeed, it would appear that you (Drogue) is the chairman, so obviously you have the power to call a new election. I recommend first, we specify a method of calculating a reasonable military, which the economists can do I think, us scientists would probably be best doing it on a case by case basis.
Are we going to have a specific thread for this, or discuss via PM, or both?

Both I think is best. I will create a thread.
First things to debate will include:
Time between elections,
Eligability for elections,
Blanket method for estimating both defence budgets, sizes, and technologies and
Specific action that needs to be taken regarding militaries that have already been posted.
The thread will be purely for the 5 members (members because I believe it is a committee not a court, like "The Military Planning Committee" or something) to discuss and debate, and so would all others PM myself or another member to say what you wish to if you have something specific to add.
I will set it up tonight, and then we can begin to debate
