different difficulty levels

I've looked all over the place for this but can't seem to find it - is there any way to set different difficulty levels for different players in ptw?

AFAIK it's not possible to set different levels for dofferent players.

(However, you could mod or use a premade made to give some players extra starting funds/units/cities/infrastructure. )
