Anyone interested in finishing this?
Ok, as I cannot get itto work properly I decided to ask you if anyone has interest in finishing "Pacific Assault".
I´m able to save and load the game during the in-game creating progress and to save the file as *.scn file but I´m not able to reload this scenario without Civ2 crashing. I also asked in the Pacific Assault thread if someone could have a look at it. Curtsibling had a look at it and for him it worked fine but for me not. Not even after curt had a look at it.
Now Í´m asking you if someone is interested in finishing this.
Progress so far: The scenario lacks only the events.txt file and some fine coordination concerning the starting units.
If someone is interested: just post in this thread and I´ll email you the data.
jim
P.S.: I´m going to post the units.gif inf the WW2 Graphics Showcase that everybody can use the graphics.

I would put a vanilla (unmodded) version of the CIV2 text files in there, most importantly the rules file.
If the scn runs with the fresh rules, you know the issue is with your modded rules file.
Make a back up of your scenario rules, and copy and paste the pacific war rules file in there section by section...
After every section, try and start the scenario.
If it suddenly crashes on load up, you know what part is causing the hassle.
Hope this helps...
