Damn I'm sorry guys, this is the first time my CP didn't notify even though I posted... I'll have to actually check this every time I come on.
Btw there's been a no-RR version out for a while now, but I guess it's too late now. However, you can make railroads unbuildable by taking the railroad tech away from each player, and then making it impossible to research. I can do this, but I'd have to ask permission first since a turn's already been played.
Oh, and my PM box hasn't worked for months. I cleaned out both boxes, and even ended tracking on all PM's, and people STILL get a message that it's full. It's just plain busted, so email me with any bumps or diplomacy.

We're already using the no RR scenario. We simply agreed as a house rule to not build them.

I know, that's why I said it's too late. I was just saying we can make them unbuildable, but the house rule oughta do.

After a trip to France, Great Britain, and the United States, King Victor Immanuel III has decided to allow major reforms of the Italian government. We are willing to offer over 250 gold to either France or Britain should they give us knowledge of the Republic or Democracy (the latter is preferred). We are also willing to discuss alliance with either nation if they prefer that over gold.

Also, Russia would also like to give France money in exchange for more advanced forms of government. Or the English, for that matter.
