Actually, I have. Their Spectacular Drunks are spectacularly civilised. Our Spectacular Drunks, OTOH, are spectacularly neolithic.

hows this.
I'm the worlds greatest beer drinker. Thats because I drink only Stout. If you drink any other kind of beer your a noob, all other beers are noob drinkers beers. All the experts know that Stout is the best beer for experienced players.
Rasputin didn't drink me under the table since we were drinking a noob beer, so it doesn't count. Also I already had four stouts before we started drinking so it doesn't count. Actually this shows that I won the drinking contest because I had more stouts than Rasputin so I'm the greatest beer drinker in the world.
NOOBS!!!
An as to that time I was drinking water and pretending it was vodka just shows what a bunch of noobs you guys really are. I was just testing the differences in taste and alcoholic content between water and vodka. Clearly I didn't get drunk off the water so I wouldn't get drunk of vodka either. Idiots.
When I was throwing up in main st dressed in a dress while War watched and laughed at me is because he had just eaten his dinner whereas I hadn't eaten anything for a week, plus I was drinking a mans drink not a NOOBS drink.
**** you Ming.!
Thank you.

Now I´m feeling fine again. Thx Makeo
I should post a Challenge:
A comparison beer drinker festival between dutch, british and rest of Apolytons versus bavarian beer drinking mashines during the next Oktoberfest.

Yes they can be dismissed (by me). That is my opinion. I am entitled to that.

No, opinions are like A**holes, everyone has one.
I just never saw the point of having a team of players do what any non-moronic six year old can do by himself. It's too much like that at work. ASSIGN A BLUE RIBBON TASK FORCE. But if people get off on it, more power to them, but for me, it's a waste of time and forum space.

Hmmm, every Oktoberfest I've ever been to has seen Aussies and Kiwis drinking damn near everyone else under the table. (Including quite a few Germans)
And the ones who are still standing are generally required to fight those same Aussies and Kiwis. (Been there done that)
In a nutshell: Bavarian beer drinking machines (which I am an honarary member ) are somewhat overrated, and they most certainly can't fight worth a crap.
BUT, the Americans who came to the Hofbrauhaus without ever sampling a Hefeweissen were on their backs in forty minutes or less. Those of us who had lived in Germany for awhile could fight AND drink.
And the Aussies and Kiwis could do both just fine.

Good to see you around FF. Does this mean you may be available for an occasional MP game, or have you sworn them off.

The problem is that I work until 11 PM CST damn near every night with my new job.
I had been watching the thread, but me posting over and over again "Cya at 11 for a possible opening" didn't seem too kosher.
I haven't sworn off Civ, just been real busy. Plus I'm fighting off a nasty addiction to Hearts of Iron.

They don't all need to be on topic. Sometimes you need a little OT to generate more discussion. This forum has been quite active with both. Synergy
