DD:
Hmm, maybe I'm missing something- do you actually have any Black Slivers in the deck? I don't see any. In any case, I agree with UR- you'll lose a few style points, but sliding back on a color or two to shore up the mana base seems wise. There are other ways to get Sliver Overlord into play- Cryptic Gateway is another fun one he didn't mention, and Crystal Quarry can help you play your other weird-casting cost Slivers too. As it stands, you only have 5(!) forests in a deck that really, really, really wants to be able to cast Explosive Vegetation. Doing the math off the top of my head, I'd estimate you have around a 70% chance of having drawn a forest or City of Brass by turn 4- meaning that in almost a third of your games, you'll have serious mana problems.
As for trimming down the deck, I suppose you should probably decide which end of your mana curve to focus on. The Tribal Unities are not that spectacular unless you have a lot of mana, so if you want to speed up the deck as UR suggests, you can probably cut 'em or replace them with vanilla Giant Growths. Same with the expensive Synapse Sliver. If you're going low casting cost, you'd also probably prefer cheap mana fixers (like Fertile Ground or Birds of Paradise) over the Vegetations. Or you could gleefully embrace high-casting costs, Vegetate away, and leave things like Plated Sliver out. Just have super-Slivers.
By the way, Artificial Evolution will let you get two Sliver Overlords out. Speaking of which, if you want to have fun, you can use things like Imagecrafter to make your opponent's stuff temporarily Slivers, then grab them with the Overlord. Of course, that's probably more suited to a silly Mono-Blue Mistform deck where Sliver Overlord might be the only Sliver in it.

No. That's one of the things I noticed when they made the deck for me but I couldn't fiure out which one to cut in favor of either Crypt or Toxin Sliver.

Are you sure? I suppose that depends on what constitute the card "text."

It says that the new creature type can not be a legend or a wall. I was thinking of changing the creature type to Sliver Mutant and dropping the legend part.

Another thing you may want to do is to chuck in some Dark Rituals for quick mana. In this case, you might also want to put in a Tutor or two to put that Sliver Overlord into play.

I'm not a fan of Parallel Thoughts myself. If you want card quanity, use card drawing; if you want card quality, use a tutor. A possible tutor that removes the best 7 cards in your deck if your opponent is playing with Disenchants doesn't seem good to me.
DD is correct, change all instances of "Legend" into "Beeble" and you now have a Sliver Mutant Beeble. Or you can change "Sliver" into "creature type my opponent is playing with" and steal their creatures without the need for an Imagecrafter (on the downside, you aren't going to be searching for any more Slivers from your library).
Dark Ritual is a pile of poo in a highly multicolored deck. It's only useful if you have the Swamp out in the first place, a highly chancy proposition with a 4 or 5 color deck. A simple Swamp is better if you want Black mana, or something like Llanowar Elves or Fertile Ground is better if you just want the mana acceleration, assuming you're base green.

I am still a fan of combining Celestial Dawn with Slivers. Use Enlightened Tutors to pull it out, and have some counters etc. to defend it. So you will be playing mainly White-Blue with a dash of Green. That way you can have either your Sliver Overlord or Sliver Queen out without worrying about mana screw.

Do you have protection against Extinction? If not, think hard.

DD:
That looks good, better than before. How would you deal with hosing enchantments?
UR:
How do you suggest slivers protect themselves against extinction? It's a card with limited usefulness so how many players will use extinction to deal with a sliver deck?
It's more important to rush a player quickly, than to worry about what spells he may get to stop you.

I don't face Extinction/Wrath of God/etc. that often here. But how would you suggest I protect myself from such cards?
obiwan: I was thinking cutting 2 of the firebolts in favor of 1 Disenchant & 1 Demystify.

I don't know about you, but if I play black, I would have one or three Extinction in the sideboard at least to counter such theme decks. If I were playing blue-black, I could even have it in the main deck as there are a number of cards that let me discard a card as part of the cost.

His deck doesn't have the speed, that's the problem.

I can think of two ways. First, counter it. Second, use something like All Hallow’s Eve to retrive creatures back from your graveyard.

What do you people think of adding in Uncontrolled Infestation and cutting out Firebolt altogether to fit the theme better.

That's a land destruction card which is pretty useless.
You need to remove the Tribal Unity's since you won't be mana flooded.

Then let's speed up the deck.
I stand my my earlier statements, that should help the deck work faster.

Speed up the deck is always a good idea. Actually, if the deck is fast enough, Armmegeddon is a good card to have. Hm, probably not for a 5-colour deck, though.

Crystallines and Metallic slivers will help speed the deck while culling some of your higher priced slivers.
