Base Location - LL CP
Where should the LLCP go? You decide.
Options from 1 to 14, the white cross is where Boolean Bay will be built. I am sorry if I didn't include one you would want (we could send it North or East) but we needed a place ASAP, and so here they are. If you write in you can obviously send it to somewhere else. I hope this is ok.
You have 2 days, please pick one option.

I voted 5, but anything in that region is fine.
My reasoning: it allows us to fill our top landmass, thus preventing somebody else (such as PEACE, though I still trust them) from encroaching on our territory. It is also next to the Garland Crater (whose knowledge I believe we should protect, even from PEACE for now). It has no overlap from either Logic Loop or Boolean Bay, and the only square left unworked is an inconsequential sea tile. The disadvantages are that it forces us, if we want to increase our density, to create incredibly dense territory pocked with bases every few squares.
Whether it's an advantage or a disadvantage, it's also a coastal square.

CP will be built in Logic Loop next turn, need's location (will post poll, as not time to wait for director, need answer ASAP (sorry Corellion ))

No problem... I was considering making a post for this this morning, but I realised that I really had
a) limited time
b) no prior experience doing this
c) vague uneasiness about which tiles to include in the poll
Mostly due to reason (a), I wasn't able to complete it.
Now debate my fellow Cyborgs!

Ok. Yesterday I voted nr. 6. It has the advantage over 5 that it includes both nutrient squares instead of just one. One could counter that argument by saying that in the future we will crawl instead of work that square anyway, but that's in an undefined future. Right now we will have a much faster growing base if it can work both nutrient squares.

True... I hadn't noticed that extra nutrients tile.
I'll change my vote to 6. As the CyCon, we need every growth bonus we can get.

I voted for #7, as it has both nut tiles, and is the nice 3 square distance from Boolean Bay. However #6 looks good too. I will pick the winner when the turn comes along, probably #6 with Corellion's change.

I voted 4 but in reterospect I'd prefer 5 and a base at 9 as well as 13. I guess we won't be packing that close though with majority rules and all that, so I'll go with 5 or 6 depending (Ignore 4 vote please!)

I was thinking 6, 13 and 1 square SW of 10 (when discovered). Or 5, 10 and 13.

6, with 3 votes (yours, mine and Corellion's). 5, 9, 13 would work, but I think 6 now, and then poll but hopefully 13 and either 10 or one square SW of 10 later.
