why do gays go to highway rest stops? I was going to make a thread on this, but it might get locked.
And what does that say about Malvo and that other D.C. sniper that they hung out at rest stops

Not all gays go to highway rest stops, not even a sizable number of them. Very very few do.
It's just a notorious place to meet for anonymous sex, it's mostly a relic before the internet.

I guess it's like a secret code or something.
I can't imagine being gay. It must be tough.
You can't just go hitting on anyone. You have no way of telling if they are gay or not- unless the person is acting gay- you know what I mean.
I would think it would be very difficult to find other gay people.
for me I can ask a woman out without fearing they are a lesbian or something. Of course, some of them say they are lesbian to get me to go away

It's been a good day for my tummy. I had breakfast with my dad (who was visiting over the weekend) at Lucille's restaurant, which serves "New Orleans style" food in massive proportions. I had two battered and fried eggplant slices smothered with creole sauce and topped with two poached eggs, a large biscuit with strawberry jam and a side of spicy fried potatoes. I washed it down with a large glass of fresh squeezed orange juice.
For supper (I skipped lunch) I had three tacos from the excellent Mexican place across the street. I chose the soft corn tortillas, and the chicken cooked in tequila and lime sauce. As usual I added copious quantities of their excellent hot salsa (they have four types, the hot and the tomatilla being their best). Good stuff! Tonight after work I think I'll eat the leftovers from the restaurant last night. It was a flank steak with an excellent and complex sauce, and some garlic mashed potatoes. Yum!

Heh, that's nothing. I spend at least $30/day on food, and that's a cheap day.

I'll typically have some rice/couscous for breakfast/lunch, and some pizza/tacos/spaghetti for dinner. Today was couscous and pizza.
