You can make your own healthy food. Brown rice, tofu, chicken (skinned), bean sprouts, mushrooms, leafy veggies, etc.

Cavier is too salty for my tastes. I prefer simple ro, the bright orange fish eggs you get with sushi. mmmmmm.
Today:
One bowl of rice crispies
One chicken and mustard sandwich.
Two banana sandwichs

Today I had:
1 small cup of black coffee prior to the gym
About 24 ml of water
A toasted pumpernickel bagel w/ cream cheese and sliced tomatoes (mmmmm!)
Another small cup of coffee w/ milk
What should I do for lunch? I'm rather hungry due to the morning workout...

Cereals for breakfast and a glass of orange juice.
2 pieces of bread with cheese plus BANANA! for a snack later, with water.
Mashed potatoes, some veggies and onion I grilled on the backyard (delicious), fish sticks and salad. I made too much mash potatoes, but I ate anyway and felt sick . With coke.
Anddd... then I ate a candy bar as a snack later.
I usually eat just one hot meal per day if I don't do anything that requires me to move or do. If I have to move a lot, then I try to eat two meals, or one bigger meal and a smaller meal.
Damn I'm hungry.. why did I come to this thread, no food in here.

Metric is the easy one, why do you have trouble with it?

Heh... this post is still around? I shall being documenting my second day...
For breakfast, I had some more left over potato salad, with a bit of cheese melted on top, along with some nachos with baba ghanouj.
For lunch, I am cooking some rice and am going to try out this pre-prepared Thai Tofu that I found in the store. (already cooked, and comes with a sauce) EDIT: It wasn't very good.
