She can "persuade" this majesty anytime.
(If you want a really pathetic commentary on my current lack of female company - I have twice consulted the High Council while in anarchy just to see her shake her hair free and flounce off!!)

EST, that's sounds pretty bad, but I think you are streching the truth a bit. Yes, she is cute, but as the only female in the game, she doesn't have much compition.

Which is your favorite? The modern era April Cantor or the Medievil one?

I have found I don't need to start that boring Civ2 now. I turn on the computer and play the "anarchy 1.avi" and "anarchy 2.avi" directly.
Does anybody know how to filter others?
BTW, who is April Cantor?

I just did a search for her and found this short biography in connection with a movie called Enemies Within. She's at the bottom of the page. It even has mention of Civ II!
It doesn't seem she's been very busy acting lately.

What?!? I never knew her name!
OK, she's kind of cute and all, but she's ticked me off with her bad advice more than once. usually in a deity game when I'm desperate for something that will work, and her advice causes the whole world to send their tanks onto my musketeer defended cities.
Besides, she's got something going with the military advisor. didn't anyone else notice that??

The IMDB lists Civ II as her only credit (so much for finding out more about Enemies Within). I have to laugh to see a computer game listed on a movie site . . .
Her Classical Era advisor is my fave of the three.

Now you can hunt down that Military Advisor (Brad Howard (II)).

Just found out that April Cantor (oh yes she IS a babe!!) has acted in "What About Bob?". One of the best comedy I've ever seen. There a patient follows his psychiatrist everywhere he went. Other actors are good as well (famous names) though I can't remember their names right now.

lol a computer game at imdb. I love this site, I can get tons of useless information about movies.
you guys need to vote. apparantly 5 people haven't voted for civ2 so it doesn't have an average score. 10 would be the obvious vote.

I guess this might just put a new spin on the meaning of the word "Barracks" wherein "our soldiers can rest their ..."
The lady is one seriously bodacious babe!

I like it when the trade advisor
says "perhaps she's set her hooks on you, sire"
Even the idiotic trade advisor has caught on.
I agree. Definately the medievil one. Damnit, is it possible to spell medievel right?

I always have a laugh when the science advisor gets all worked up about something and Elvis responds with that «uh ha ha» line.
