Hi. I am joining you, once again.
Sadly, my glorious nation of Dark Valley is gone now, so I am back, with a tiny state, the People's republic of Azan.
I've decided to return mostly because it seems that FINALLY we have a map.

It's summer vacation, and boredom sets in.

And there we get the realm use of NS. I have just got a job starting in just over a weeks time Wch means from then I might be a little less active, though I don't think it will have much effect.

lol. I meant myself being less active on NS as a whole. I usually post a couple of posts on this and the main NS board per day

Growing. 20 Million people now.
Quote:

The People's Republic of Azan is a large, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 20 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
The government -- a sprawling, bureaucracy-choked, socially-minded morass -- juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Social Welfare, and Education. The average income tax rate is 42%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Trout Farming.
Euthanasia is legal, it is illegal to make racist remarks in public, voting is compulsory, and marijuana is legal in the privacy of your own home. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force. Azan's national animal is the oran-gutan, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the The Azani pound.

The People's Republic of Azan
"It's time to Rest and Recreate."
UN Category: Democratic Socialists
Civil Rights: Very Good Economy: Reasonable Political Freedoms: Good
Location: Apolyton
The People's Republic of Azan is a very large, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its strong anti-business politics. Its quiet, industrious population of 56 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Healthcare. The average income tax rate is 46%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Cheese Exports.
Same-sex marriages are increasingly common, the government attempting to revitalize a gutted private sector, organ donation rates have hit a new low, and the government extracts trade concessions from poor nations in exchange for humanitarian aid. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to a well-funded police force. Azan's national animal is the oran-gutan, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the The Azani pound.

I am amazed at the negative sentiment towards Akiria, but will destroy any nation that attacks me. My girlfriend has just gone on holiday, so I may be a little... 'cranky' for a little while. I warn all prospective intruders now (and the big red button is so inviting )

I guess it's tiome to recall the troops from peacekeeping, batten down the hatches and prepare to be attacked. I'm starting to see why pre-emptive strikes make sense to Americans
