The government yes, but not the people. I would go so far as to say that the populace is pro-american, but they are definitely not anti. Not to long ago in Iran they had the largest protests ever in the history. The Mullahs are the ones who are Anti-American, the country itself loves most things american, except our foreign policy.

Canada did deploy Joint Task Force Two to Afghanistan and from what I have read they performed exceptionaly and did their country proud.

I like the idea of having leader units that can be objectives. They could have the missle flag, so they'd have to stay within a city. So for example, Osama could hide in any Islamic city and the only way the US can win the scenario is to find that city. 3) How are you going to improve the relations with the Bush unit??? I don't know how it is possible.

4) The Civ2 AI (specially in CIV2 MGE) is very agressive, and, if you don't pay enough attention to reputation and initial relations, you can find yourself in a "All against USA" war

i.e. you have to bribe and buy off everybody. Who says the civ engine isn't like the real world.
