kazza-lite is the non-spyware version of kazza peer to peer programme that allows people to swap files.
i've heard some people use it to download music and burn it to cd's but thats just a rumour.

They've actually decided to target kids who have D/L'd large numbers of unauthorized music files and take them to court for piracy (intellectual property theft).
A couple of college kids here in Chicago (Loyola U.) were convicted recently.

I doubt they could do that outside the US.
And as Kazaa lite doesnt contain spyware they would have to hack into your computer to get the inormation.
