Are the shirtless, shoeless discriminated against?
Should they be allowed an equal right to service?
Do the restrictions that buisnesses place on these individuals create a "slippery slope" that will eventually end with all of mankind in chains?

That policy is to prevent transmission of foot diseases and keep fat ugly guys from taking off their shirts.

Yes, but they are poor and filthy and thus not our equals, so they deserve it!

I do think men should be allowed to go shirtless in stores- not shoeless for health reasons.
If men go shirtless everywhere, my hope is that enough women will stop complaining, and eventually women will be allowed to go shirtless. It's a long shot, but well worth a try

I say that all people at either end of the range of classes should be shot. This way there are no overly rich corrupt monsters and no overly poor starving underclass.

Guys that look disgusting w/o shirts should not be allowed to take them off under any circumstances. Same goes for women.

Well, private business can keep out anyone they think might be disruptive to business, and in most cases, shirtless and shoeless people would be a sort of disruption (nules soyu are next to a major beach).
Does the government refuse service to the shoeless and shirtless?

I just wonder if the next logical step is to deny service to those who wear certain brands of shoes, and then finally, anyone with shoes or without shoes, resulting in a worldwide economic collapse.

I think if we're gonna ban people with more than 1 Asner's worth of body hair, or 2 Oprah's worth of body fat, from going shirtless, I'd like to also ban spandex for people who should truly NOT wear spandex.
I never wear shoes if I can help it, and I have to wear a shirt to cover my boobs (or so says society). Too bad for society!

I've heard girls say that shirts keep them from flopping around and hurting, is that true?

Exactly, Q Cubed.
We should try going in an establishment with nothing on but shoes and shirts.

I've always wondered what these establishments feelings are toward the pantless?

when we go into the establishment, should we be wearing boxers, briefs, boxerbriefs, or going commando? (aside from our shirts and shoes, of course.)

My high school had a "you have to wear a shirt" policy, but one day my shirt got soaked in a cloudburst so I stuck it on the radiator during Econ so it'd dry. I then found my old football coach and asked for some towels, and wove myself a shirt. The Econ teacher said that my towel-shirt wasn't a real shirt, and that I had to find a real shirt or else I couldn't learn the joys of Econ. That's discrimination, by cracky! First they took away the towel-shirts, but I said nothing. Then they took away the tank tops and halter tops, but I said nothing. Finally they took away my polo shirt, and I screamed "oh god, won't somebody please help me," but there was nobody left to hear...

It was tempting, but Econ was too much fun for me to pull an "I'm leaving forever" -- mostly we just sat around watching movies. The only "Wutang" I ever pulled was in senior English, which was an absolutely worthless class.

Hwhah. You're a professional entertainer, Loin.
EDIT: On-topic in off-topic, I think people without shirts or shoes should be allowed in goverment-controlled service buildings, but when it comes to privately owned commercial buildings, it's always the owner who picks it's customers.

My school has that policy. And they even try to maintain it in gym class on really hot days.
