Nearly every day it seems to go down. Usually in the 12-4 PM area.
Why is this?

It's a bit worse than slow, though! I haven't gotten any response whatsoever from 'poly from the hours of about 12:00 PM - 8:00, EST. For the past 3 days.
Is this going to be a habit?

It will get better.............the weekend is a time of lower traffic, which will give 2 days to sort things out before the lazy yanks at work hit the server on Monday.
