we want to explore the planet, don't we?
but we have no real production(2 or 3 shields max in most cities), we already have 3 support requiring units in most cities, so i decided to start building diplo's instead of horses to explore

I'd rather see our money get spend on bribing city's then units.
City's usualy get dirt cheap after taking a city's cap
