Quick question though....wasn't Panag already the co-DM with Nuclear Master which would make him the outright DM with Nuclear Master resigning?

Sorry. Though no public announcement was ever made to that effect, they had a falling out.

If no one challenges in the next ten hours or so, I am appointing donegeal and posting a confirmation poll.

How I loathe to be in need of a constitution.

Looking it over the NewCon, which we are technically working under, I have complete control over who to appoint, and it must be approved by the Senate.

I don't know what chat you refer to Panag, but it was not with me.

THEREFORE

By Presidential Decree,

I hereby announce that Panag will be temporary DM for the next chat. This decision is based solely on the fact that he did indeed run for the office in the last elections and is still willing to do so.

I also announce that a Poll will be held for an EMERGENCY Election. Beginning as soon as I am done here. The candidates will be donegeal and panag. Open for 3 days, once concluded the winner will take over.

Anyone having a contention with this decision is welcome to call for a no-con vote on myself and/or PM me with their objections.

So it is written, so it is done.
