Second. We are about to discover Progen Psych; that will give us another negotiating toy. But what tech after that. Cuspidore had a formula for determining what tech choices would appear. It would be good to examine that now if it's available. And quickly. We can also change tech choice of course but there is a cost for doing so.
Hopefully after we probe Roze, we will need to decide, based on the intell, whether we go continue to probe Roze or direct our second party boat to another faction (the PUT or Miriam). So keep alert for the mid turn when it arrives and come back quick, unless you want to decide beforehand.
Normally there would be a poll on such matters and there would be if I could post one. But I can't so either someone does or post your views in this thread.
