And the game files
One last question: Where and/how can I upload this scenario to this page? Could anyone tell me this?
Attached you´ll find the game files (sorry, again no sound). You know what to do with them. Please post any reactions, critics, suggestions, ecc. here. Additional information is given in the readme.doc file.
Roll of Honor
Captain Nemo & Alex the Magnificient – The Godfathers of Civilization II; nothing more to add.
Palaiologos – As I am still to dumb to edit an event file right I needed some help. Thank you very, very much Pericles!
Fairline – My scenario would not be half as good as it looks now without your brilliant graphics. *pookseyesout*
Curt Sibling – Your “Dictator” scenarios elevated the whole game to another level. Thank you for your brilliant ideas!
Harry Tuttle – I used the map you have made for your “Atomic Eagle” scenario.
ANZAC
CASE
Atlas
DA
Scott F
Techumseh
M. Ecklund
Erwan
I want to thank all of the posters in this thread. A good part of the work would and could not been done without your help! Thank you very, very much! If you still find bugs or problems please tell me and I´ll fix them as soon as possible!

Very nice, man! I really like it very mucho!
You probably used a German atlas or something because both 'Kristiana' and 'Cobenhavn' is misspelled. If you want to keep te native names correctly you should rename them to be 'Kristiania' and 'Kopenhavn' or even more correct: 'København'.
As USA I am able to research Modern Age 1 from the start...
As USA I am, just as Austro-Hungary can, not American, Kingdom of Italy, German Empire, Austro-Hungary, Entente Cordial, Russian Empire and Ottoman Empire.
EDITED: found some small errors in the scenario...

Damnit Stephan!.
I told you that i corrected the faulty start date on that early save game of yours because it didn't have that Royal navy wonder listed as lost.
It was a really early version of your scenario, MANY things were not ready.
The normal scenario version had no problem with the alliances and the other stuff.
I really hope that you didn't just take the "corrected" save game and placed the units..........

Well of course!
This scenario must be one of the only two WWI scenarios that have Austria-Hungary as a separate civ!
The other one is your "second reich".
Could it be just a mere coincedence that one is made by an Austrian and the other by a Hungarian?

@ Palaiologos: If you don´t tell anyone I would say that I was fiddling around with Home Fleet. I wanted the Royal Navy - as well as the German Fleet - to have no homecity. The allied player could use the fleet then.
That was the reason. 1st I placed the city and then I tried to make the units without homecity. Then I disbanded the city without thinking. That´s why the Royal Navy wonder was lost .....
@ Thank you very much.

Well, you know that fact and I would say a WW1 scenario without Austria-Hungary would not be too good. Austria-Hungary was some kind of obstacle to Germany. Anyway, this would go too far off-topic.
@ all: If you find some bugs please tell me.
ONE QUESTION: Is the scenario well-balanced?

Just took a quick look. Fantastic graphics, interesting choice of wonders, good map.
One bug I've noticed however and which I don't think anyone has mentioned yet is that when I capture a city, partisans, called "not used" and looking like barb wire spring up around the city.
You've lots of events space left. How about an "Easter Rising" event?
BTW this is my first time succesfully logging on to Apolyton for a while. I try and enter the site at 6pm GMT most days but recently I keep getting a "cannot find server" message. Is anyone else having problems logging in?

Same thing happens to me at around 6pm. Pants.
Jim, this is nitpicking in the extreme, but 'Chasseurs d'Afrique' were cavalry not infantry. The largest force of French colonial infantry were tirailleurs Senegallais (sp?); there was some ridiculous number like 100 000-200 000 of them during WW1, IIRC. Maybe you could call this unit 'Armee d'Afrique' or something.
Pointless nitpick 2: French troops didn't wear green - they changed from dark blue and red to 'horizon' (light) blue.
Nitpick 3: the Sopwith Camel was probably the best fighter of WW1 (along with the SE5a), albeit one of the most difficult to fly. It accounted for more kills than any other aircraft on either side and should have much better stats than the Nieuport 17 that preceded it.

I think 'Tirailleurs d'Af' could work. A couple of other colonies also 'volunteered' troops (Algeria and Morocco?), but maybe in much lower numbers. Correct me if I'm wrong, but d'Afrique units were known as d'Af for short. Might fit better in Civ2.
There's some info on the server down time here, but it sounds like a broken record.

The comunism tech does that I don't think the govt does it if you don't have the tech for it.

Great scenario, really great.
Some suggestions:
Most of the larger capital ships (cruisers, dreadnaughts etc) have the submarine flag on. This means they can't be seen by most units but they only attack naval units, so they can't make shore bombardments. Destroyers that are small escort ships dont have the flag, so they can bombard the shores, but they don't have the guns to do it.
It should be the other way around, IMHO.
I really like the way Entente units mix.
Since you have extra events space, would you like any suggestions?
