"sucked" ... let's just say that italians realize that war is not exactly the most pleasant activity to indulge in... ;P
still, -some- times our soldiers fight valiantly, astonishing even their enemy with their resistance and being worthy of 'the honor of arms'
despite this apparent fixation with the alpini unit i mantain however that there are other things to fix in the scenario, like the tech tree problems and the alliance system.
and why are there so many ultra angry citizen ? or is it just because i played at deity?
oh and alpini and kaiserjaeger have paradrop flag instead of alpine, easy to fix
in PBEM games, are people able to use things like CivDiplomacy if talks are disabled?

As beautifully constructed as this scenario is, I feel a need to nitpick about one thing that I really like doing in scenarios - engineering.
You can expand your empire not just through the military, but through industry, commerce, and trade.
Which leads me to this: was there a reason an engineering unit was not included?

In France's case, yes. In Germany's, it was a full fledged revolution of both the army AND the people, which brought about the Kaiser's abdication. In the end, the moderate socialists sided with the army when the revolution took a more radical turn, leading to the Weimar Republic and eventually to the rise of fascism.
There was also a communist revolution in Hungary in 1919, which lasted less than a year.
The breakup of Austria-Hungary could also be considered a revolution, though it was nationalistic rather than radical.

Some questions
Hi folks, as I´m sitting in front of my computer trying to eradicate the bugs you pointed out I still have some questions:
* How is this CivTweak Program running and how I may use it in the correct way.
* Which sign should be on the Alpini´s shields? I just made one but I want to have some confirmation/condamnation of you Italian people out there Che dite voi Italiani?

Just double click on civtweak.exe, select the appropiate file(save game or scenario) from the civtweak engine and make the changes you want.
For the particular case just change the ottoman city style.
If it does nothing just send me the scenario files and i will fix the problem for ya.

Ok, the following changes have been made:
* The Alpini unit is now available fro Italy but at some cost. BTW, I made the Kaiserjäger unit also available to Austria at the same cost. Scusatemi ma Io sono Austriaco
* The Greek Infantry is now a bit stronger.
* The city style bug should be fixed now.
@Pericles: Thank you for telling me about CivTweak!
* The Tiraillereurs d´Afrique are now available to the Entente after developing Colonial Troops.
* The Easter Rising Event has been implemented too! Thanks to you, our_man!
Ok, that should it be. I thank you all for having that much patience with my low design skills and for pointing out the bugs. If you still like to play this scenario please update your files and download the latest version in the 2nd post!

At least now there is something historically accurate in this scenario.

And what if the others develop it? There was a certain German officer in the Congo(whose name eludes me at the momment--> von ...something) that waged a highly succesfull guerilla campaign against the British.
He never lost a battle and with his 1.000 Ascaris pinned tens of thousand of british troops(fairline i suppose will know more of this). The africans were extremely loyal to the german governors it seems, cause they treated them far better than their british counterparts.
That German-Congolese guerrilla force surrender 2-3 months after the war was over.
Perhaps the tech could be researchable only by the allies.

Nice scenario! Fantastic graphics.
But you should remove the German markings from the generic monoplane.
@ Palaiologos
His name was Oberstleutnant Paul von Lettow-Vorbeck. He surrendered on 25 November 1918, having heard of the Armistice from a captured British prisoner.

The grey on the MGs and 3.7 field gun shield should be removed so as its owner be more easily discerned.
The Germans have "Communism"(Fundamentalism).
There is no British cavalry.

Why don't you take advantage of this delay and fix the above mentioned "bugs"?.
So when the PBEM starts the scenario will be ready in all respects apart from, perhaps, gameplay balance.
