As I´m wondering if enough people are willing to participate in a WW1 PBEM Playtest I created this thread and I´ll soon see .....

Anyway, the scenario can be downloaded here (http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...threadid=92626). Please make sure that all of you have the latest version or the newest/updated Rules.txt.

I would take the commentator position Pericles! ;-) To have a look at the gameplay and the balance but if another player is needed I would take the Ottoman Empire.

hmm, if we dont get players soon, we could have that the German player also controlls Austria, and that Russia and Entente is controlled by the same player.
I'll change to Russia and Entente if you agree.

Cause the ottoman empire isnt so important compared to russia, why wont you take russia jim?

Perhaps a 48 hours extension period should be given.
Now how about those small fixes Jim?
It is improper after all for Germany to have Communism.

Now if Galvatron joins how about we revert to the original setup, but with Stalin leaving the Italians to the AI and taking either the Entente or Russians, with Galvatron taking the remainder.

The Italians are more of a nuinsance than a real threat for the Great Germanic(that includes Austria too) armies anyway.

BTW we haven't talked about the house rules at all.

I say negotiations between the allies are permited, but no tech trading. At least for none of the original special techs; "Steel helmet" f.e could be given to the Russians by the Entente, but not the "entente cordial" tech.

er... I dont want to be the russians cause.... Im pretty crap and ill just spoil the game...
Entente... I just dont want to be them... cause i'll have to be in war with you and so on. and ill spoil the game again

Do you seriously believe its more fun to take control of Italy than a major power?If so then its okay, but if the reason is the "i'll spoil the game" excuse, then it is unacceptable.
