war
Nothing big happened in the German front or the Austro-Hungarian front...
Exept that Königsberg will be surrounded soon
Ottoman army unit was killed north of Erzurum..
Ottoman casualties have risen quickly (You have to thank the French navy for that )

You know dudes i've been thinking that placing Zeppelins on ships is indeed sort of unfair.
Mmmm.....
Perhaps i will change my strategy..
However i should be allowed to do it once in a while to protect damaged vessels returning home....

ok, so:
It is not allowed to place zeppelins on ships or infantry (etc). You can ONLY secure one ship with a zeppelin and it has to be returning home (And this you can do sometimes)

Blast! I specifically told Jim to rush build coastal fortresses and MGs to all his coastal cities, after what happened to me at Antwerpen.Same goes for Galvatron too.
Nevertheless we will prevail!
To victory comrades!

Dude i don't put zeppelins on infantry. That time near Koenigsburg a zeppelin attacked some russian units and the infantry were simply trying to enter the city to reinforced it.It just happened that they got in the same square.
You know some times i attack a city with both Zeppelins and infantry. The zeppelin bombards a unit and then the
infantry moves into possition.Wouldn't it be only naturall that the soldiers tend to get under the protective umbrella of thier airforce?

Theoritically you could invest in air technologies, produce all the latest warplanes, that can actually shoot zeppelins, and attck in numbers in case some MG or infantry lies under them.
I'll send you a PM for the war between us.

If I may ask, is anything still controlled by the AI? If this was the case, I'd be interested in joning this PBEM.

No AI control unfortunately.
We could use an Italian player though, since FiGu is commanding both Italians and allies.

1. You need FiGu's blessing to take control of Italy
2. Italy is now at against Germany, Austria-Hungary and the Ottomans (Palaiologos, Galvatron and jim panse)
And your allies are Me (Russia), FiGu (Entente cordiale) and sort of USA (academia)

1. I know, you said that before
2. Just theoretically, is it forbidden to change this?
3. I'd really like to play in this PBEM, but if FiGu objects, well it's his right

Well it would be very unrealistic if a country declares war and then in 3 months they decide to fight with its enemies.. But you could attack us but It is not recommended cause the French navy will blow your cities and storm them!

Actually, no.
What exactly do you have in mind, our German friend?
BTW i suggest you download the scenario and play some single player turns first, to see if you like it.

Preposterous!
Not only the Reich is ready to protect its allies, but also the French navy is currently preoccupied with bombarding turkey.
Moreover the Italians have a pretty large navy themselves.

Very very true... I just need to press the red button to commence Dreadnought bombardment on the evil port city which got every larger italian ship loaded.
hmm.. about italy.. i wouldn't really like to be backstabbed. and to waste naval resources on Italy.... so i don't really know...

Allies releases a map of europe..
FRANCE:
The Situation is calm..
ITALY:
Zeppelin Bombings made by Germany and Austria
AUSTRIA:
Russia has created a real hard pressure on the crumbling empire, with Italy preparing to show its true fist.
OTTOMAN:
The situation has grown worse for the Ottoman Army, as the french navy begun bombarding the Ottoman Cities, a allied invasion is expected by the ottomans.
GERMANY:
Mostly overwhelmed by Russia in Ground, but rules the seas there. With Russians standing on the ports of Königsburgh, the morale stays low on this front.
ENGLAND:
Suffered much industrial casaulties when the fast invasion by germany was made, which was overwhelmed by British Forces. The Royal Navy proved to be effective in the bombings on the German Port cities, destroying the whole navy there.

If these are the only reasons then i say that if Atze promises not to backstab you for some turns at least(if he backstabs you at all) and that he plays his turns at least once a week he is allowed to join.
And if he doesn't reload his turns.

Ok, reloading a turn is a no-no in a Multiplayergame.
Once a week ... well in the PBEMs on the German Webring Forum they curse you if you don't play at least three times a week ... so that shouldn't be a prob.
I will stay with the allied cause ... at least for some time, I have to check the situation ... in spite of having played the scen before (maybe not this version) and conquered half europe on deity ... but well, Singleplayer is easy .
You play with *.net, not *.hot ... anything except Ctrl-N i need to know about this? (Since German Webring plays its PBEMs on *.hot)
Ah, I forgot, I didn't read anywhere that FiGu allowed me to play Italy, does he?
Maybe I'll come up with some questions later, but for now it's this last one ... you also exchange saves only via the forum, not via EMail ... just making sure ... .
