I was wrong. We didn't find out about their location from a captured prisioner we found out because one of their men sold them out to get the bounty. If Judas's gold worked here then maybe it will work for Saddam.

No doubt there was a load of courage involved or the prize would have been claimed before now. Didn't mean to imply anything different. Still wish I had known where they were. $30 mil for both. Obviously worth the cost.

I'm not sure what the relevant statute is, but it would be a war crime. That's not to prejudge the issue, but members of the administration have made remarks along the lines of "killing them is what we want." That would be unjustifiable.

Yes, and it looked like an enormously reinforced bunker. There wasn't much damage to the main walls in the principle directions of fire, it looks like they penetrated the walls through a firing slot or the roof with high explosives and blasted it open from the inside out.
