Yeah I missed that. I'm both. In New Zealand you start TAing after you finish your Bachelor's degree and you can lecture with a Master's Degree (although that is much less common these days).

In the Phil Dept here there are so many students that even though it is the biggest department in NA, grad student instructors are necessary.

I don't care, it looks good on my CV and I enjoy doing it.
