AFAIK, nouns are in fact 'words'. All of the other actual 'words' in the results, as opposed to acronyms or misspellings, that meet the criteria stipulated in the question, are also nouns.

"Proper nouns" however, and even more so proper nouns which are of a non-English (perhaps Iranian?) nature, are not valid Scrabble words, and are thus not technically part of the English language.
