Looks like C3C is going to have a "Sid" level. Is that going to be the highest level?

I thought there was a level between Emperor and Deity in C3C. Is that the Sid level or is there yet another level or was that wrong?

he probaly has played more then his part in mods or scen's , ......
as for the isdg , they are using it more as a test case to improve the game ( see patch 1.27 ) then to play , .....
