I have had a little think about Jim's suggestions.
I can say that a Reich city reshuffle is not too hard to achieve...
If Jim and Cifer want to help by making city placement and city name suggestions, I might just make some changes!
I will need screenies of maps and perhaps what cities youthink would be on the borders...

Ill contact Jimmy per ICQ. We´ll find a solution.

hey, Curt, if you ever decide to do a v2.0 of Vendetta, you may want to somehow include Space...maybe an event about a mission to the moon or mars or some such...having the Reich in space would be..interesting. Great job!

Curt, have you changed the scenario file to the most recent update? The first message says it was last edited on September 2nd...

Hey guys!
New update is uploaded!
Featuring new uni values, fixed typos in events, and various small tweaks.
If I get some suggestions from Cifer and Jim,
The configuration of cities on the Reich civ's east flank may change soon, so I will keep y'all posted.
For now, enjoy the new massacre!

Suggestions:
It works! And its a lot more balanced this time, the Ausies are kicking *** down under.
I still think the African coalition infantry should be in slot 9 and Africans in fundy, it fits better cause they have such a short tech tree, it should take them more time to research it. If Red empire is in fundy, many of their nice units may not appear in the game in time (fundy cuts research in half, right ). It also fits your storyline better, if Africans are religious... And what's the justification for the Russians not having to pay maintainance for their heavy bomber? I still think GEU ought to get the basic infantry too, perhaps through research? Is it too strong, perhaps?

Mmm... i really think the African coalition should have the possibility of building military vessels...
Ok, i know they are africans... but i believe that they have already discovered "the secret of navigation"

@Tanelorn:
I will look into the African fundy suggestion. It does make sense!
@Academia:
As far as I know the PAC starts off with 'Navy level one.'

I would strongly favot that opinion as Wernher von Braun wanted to use Germany´s Rochet technology edge for bringing some people (Germans of course) to the moon ........

@Jim:
With more events and unit slots, I would have loved to make more of the space race, ect.
But with MGE we are limited in our ambitions...
Perhaps I might do a Vendetta 2 one day...

UPDATE:
New zip loaded with these changes suggested by tanelorn:
Africans now a 'Theocracy' (fundy) with the PAC troops being free of charge, etc.
Russian Mule bomber has switched places with the PAC troop unit slot.
When you want to start a new game, grab this new zip and give it a try...
Anyone got feedback on the new unit balance?

A question to all those who are playtesting.
Do you think the SAM unit is too tough?
Should I reduce it a bit?

I was thinking: Why isnt Hawaii American?
And I think the SAM could cost more or it could be reduced (I mean the defence)

Only now I realised what you did with the barb diplomat slot! Briliant! Genious! It normaly goes to waste, you found a use for it, wow!
Howcome some chopper units loose health points when away from their base? This is very nice, battle fatigue from long range ops! Is there a way to implement this with ground units too?
A ToT game on four maps would be nice, as in the SciFi scenario... (Moon, Mars & Outer space?)

That is also the case with the regular chopper in the original game
Btw, a space-race wonder would be nice. And why is Oslo bigger than Stockholm!?!?!? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS

AoW is right I think - fighters should be stronger.
Back to "our" topic: To get a feeling of Speers architecture i will post some pictures.
Thats how I imagine Eternal Reich citys...
Pictures following...
PS: JIMMY, when are you at ICQ the next time? I miss you...
Lets think about the Eternal Reich together. I will be online in the evening, I guess.

That someone would be me of course!
In this scenario, the USA had a revolution, hence the UFA name.
All the military personnel in the possesions of the USA, either went back to the US to claim a place in the new order,
or they went like the general in Apocalypse Now and declared independance from the ex-USA.
Honolulu is one such city.
And about Oslo being bigger than Stockholm?
It is a top holiday resort for the Germans! Honest!

What a dome!
Just like the Reichs Hall in that crap movie, Fatherland!
Most Impressive, I will do a fancy Reich city today!
And yes, the new updated fighters should be much better at their job.
