Well he certainly sounds like he has the endurance!
I'd say he's not a one minute man...

Gah, 4 one liner replies.
And yeah lower back and deltoids are fairly strong, they're the main muscle sets you use in the second part of the drive part of the stroke (quads first).
As for player... I like to call it serial monogamist...
Suppose that's what you get for being a univ rower

Not a lightblue rower either Used to be a Lightblue Basketball player, am now rowing for the "other" university (APU) in Cambridge. Although if I was still at Cambridge Univ. I'd probably trial and have a shot at possibly Goldie IMO.

If you want to burn fat the best thing to do is apparently to drink coffee before you exercise.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/3122319.stm
Unfortunately it is necessary to excercise as well as drink coffee!
Why is it always the Australians who come up with these things?

Powerlifting 3X a week, although lately I've had to cut down the weight. Over the last 2-3 years I've been stricken with one injury after another and it's hard to recover. I guess I'm getting old.
For aerobic exercise I work on keeping the various plants from engulfing the house. Its bloody hard work especially at 90-95 deg F.

Powerlifting rules.
But you are right it can be dangerous especially on the joints.

Remember to wear brown pants if you're going to be lifting a lot of weight!
Otherwise, red.

I used to be quite a good athlete, but old age and a desk job have brought me low in recent years. Now my regimen mainly consists of masturbating a few times a day.

I practice Dog Wrestling almost every day for 15-20 minutes. It's a real intense work out that involves a 65 pound dog with sharp teeth, a pink blanket (slightly chewed), a bouncy ball, and protect head gear... It's not for everyone...
I also walk a lot;
20 feet from my fridge to the couch
25 feet from fridge to my spot on the patio where I smoke
37.5 feet from the fridge to my car
45 feet from my car to the back isle of the liquor store
325 feet from where I park my car at work to where I sit at work, also involves 14 steps and a ramp at a 6% incline.
almost tires me out just thinking about it
I also drink a Big Gulp everyday, I put a lot of ice in it so it is initially REALLY heavy.
Every night I do curls. I use a light weight as I more concerned about strenght than mass. So, I do 1 set starting with 24 oz. that works it's way down between each rep, and then about 6 sets with 16 oz which also works it's way down with each rep.
On Wednesday nights I also have to do powerlifting; the garbage doesn't take it's self to the curb.
On Saturadys I usually get stuck walking a marathon as I chase my wife from sale to sale at the mall looking for the exact right pair of open toe sandles...
As you can see I AM the great American athelete... It's to tough to stay in such peak physical condition as I am, but I am lucky because I have the natural build and metabolism required to become the He-man that I am...
