Game freeze
I think this was on here before,but my friend just installed it and it frezzes before he can get in game. He installed direct x9 and such. Can anyone help out.

He said it randomly freeezes when he plays and he has nothing running in background.

If there was an answer there I would have found it. I decided to put it here, because I am assuming more peolpe come to the general rather than the tech. Does anyone have an answer?

are you refering to the infamous game start freeze which occured due to switching from 16 bit to 32 bits or refering to the game black game startup freeze. in here you only have to restart the game

Has he tried any of the common solutions, like reinstalling, upgrading drivers, patch, etc? Does he have hardware that RoN doesn't like?
