Note to new Cabinet
when ellections are finished I suggest the new cabinet members notify the new president(me or the banana) of their possition and the location of their cabinet. So save's can be send and the game can move forward.

that's no problem, if someone wants more time to develop beter plans, then by all means. I just would not want to create a situation in which there is nothing happening here nor in the game.
