Anyone know what happened to Andrew Livings?

He made a couple WWII scenarios, one with the whole world and one with Europe. He used to own the Historical Civilization II site. I don't have any of his scenarios on my computer and can therefore not give you the name. That's also the reason why I want to know where he is, I'm looking for his scenarios.
