Shouldn't it be Chief Brennus?
I know this is very nitpicky, but shouldn't the title for the Celtic leader be chief? The Celtic tribes were ruled by chieftains.

but he is wearing a crown, if i recall correctly. maybe if it were a wooden crown he'd be a chief, but a shiny, possibly part-gold crown, definitely a king...
he is wearing a crown, right?

He doesn't have a crown in the ancient age, and who cares what he is wearing? So what if Lincoln is called president in the ancient age before democracy was invented?

Well, if you're playing the civilization in question, you can just change your title to what ever you want...if it's an AI, just ignore its title.
