Actually VetLegion is right, it's all the tourists fault. We should draw our consequences and avoid these countries in future holiday trips. That's even easier, since we also got lots of heat and sunny weather now.

Give up before the next phase. You are going to have a slightly warmer wet winter causing a plauge of mosquitoes and fleas. The dought and fires have denude vegetaion in drainage sheds. The wet winter will saturate then and nest there will be a large spring melt and early spring rains flooding and eroding large portions of Europe, Give up and bow down before the technology and might of the USA.
